• Design Responsibly: My work impacts the lives, actions, and behaviors of everyday people so it is my responsibility to design with genuine love, care and empathy.
• Data Inspired: I use data to build an understanding of the world and ground designs in what's real rather than assumed. But data only presents what has already been achieved. Innovation ultimately requires a leap of faith that I'll land on the other side.
• Consider Every Detail: I’m a craftsman at heart and it is a joy to create designs that are thoughtful, high-quality and to the best of my ability. Not every detail makes the cut, I am intentional with what I choose to do or not do.
• Structure for Creativity: I love creating processes, organization and routines to empower teams. Structure provides protective and facilitating spaces where creativity can thrive. It makes the space and time for what’s important. It strengthens culture (good or bad) and community bonds.
• Keep Exploring: I am always tinkering with all sorts of tools,tech, and disciplines. It’s not just about understanding how things work, I love seeing what fun results I get mixing ideas from 2 seemingly different contexts.
